Local Government (Casual Vacancies) Order 2014

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister and in relation to the Local Government (Number of Councillors) Order 2014 made under section 214E(1)(m) of the Local Government Act 1993 , make the following order under section 214E(5)(a) of that Act.
