PUBLIC SECTOR SUPERANNUATION REFORM (PARLIAMENTARY SUPERANNUATION) REGULATIONS 2016 - REG 102
Appeal against decision, determination or order of Commission
(1) Despite regulation 101 , a person may appeal to a judge against
any decision, determination or order of the Commission.
(2) An appeal under this regulation is to be by way of rehearing and
instituted, heard and determined in accordance with the provisions of the
Supreme Court Rules 2000 relating to appeals from statutory tribunals other
than courts.
