Proclamation under the Living Marine Resources Management (Validation of Documents) Act 2002

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Living Marine Resources Management (Validation of Documents) Act 2002 fix 1 May 2003 as the day on which section 5 of that Act commences.
