Proclamation under the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Offensive Advertising) Act 2017

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Vehicle and Traffic Amendment (Offensive Advertising) Act 2017 fix 1 June 2017 as the day on which that Act commences.
