(1)  A driver must not drive past a clearance sign , or a low clearance sign , if the driver’s vehicle, or any vehicle connected to it, is higher than the height (in metres) indicated by the sign.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.

(2)  In this rule –

vehicle includes any load carried by the vehicle.
