(1)  A person must not drive a ride-on lawnmower on a road.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.

Note

Ride-on lawnmower is defined in the dictionary.

(2)  Subrule (1) does not apply to a person who is driving a ride-on lawnmower across a road by the shortest practicable route.

(3)  In this rule –

road does not include a road-related area but does include any shoulder of the road, footpath, and bicycle path.
