(1) A driver must not drive at a speed exceeding 40 kilometres per hour within 50 metres of a bus that is on a road and displaying (a) a school bus warning sign; and(b) a school bus warning light that is either continuously illuminated or flashing.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
