In this Part –

Commonwealth regulations means the Trade Practices (Consumer Product Safety Standard) (Disposable Cigarette Lighters) Regulations of the Commonwealth;

disposable cigarette lighter means a disposable lighter as defined in the Commonwealth regulations;

disposable cigarette lighter consumer product safety standard means the consumer product safety standard prescribed for disposable lighters by the Commonwealth regulations.
