For the purposes of this Part, AS/NZS ISO 8124 is taken to be modified as follows:

(a) by omitting clause 4.18.2(a)(3);

(b) by omitting clause 4.18.2(b);

(c) by omitting clause 4.18.2(c) and substituting the following:

(c) The toy's discharge mechanism must not, without modification by the user or another person, be capable of propelling an improvised projectile in free flight for a horizontal distance of more than 300 millimetres when discharged horizontally;

(d) by omitting clause 4.18.3(e).
