(1)  The part of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, known as Aboriginal Heritage Tasmania, is amalgamated with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania.

(2)  The following parts of the Department of Premier and Cabinet are amalgamated with the Department of State Growth:

(a) the part known as Strategic Regional Partnerships;

(b) the part known as the State Planning Office.
